Blues For Baghdad CD On April 18th, 2004, seven local Blues bands and over 300 of their friends gathered at Blues On Grand in downtown Des Moines to honor and celebrate the men and women of Iowa serving our country in Operation Iraqi Freedom. This recording of that day is our way of saying thank you for your dedication and sacrifice. You may be far from home, but you are not forgotten. |

Carol Thomas CDs
Carol Thomas was a long-time blues singer and
keyboard player, a founding member of the Central Iowa Blues
Society, and served as the Newsletter Editor for CIBS from 1992
until her death in 1997 from cancer. Proceeds from CD sales
go to the Carol Thomas Endowment Fund.
Monies collected will be used for youth educational programs.
